  • This program is designed for adults 50 and older who want to improve their balance, flexibility, strength, and overall mobility without high-impact or injury-prone workouts. Using joint-friendly movements, core stabilization exercises, and functional strength training, I help you build confidence in your body, prevent falls, and maintain long-term vitality.

  • Train with me in person at a private studio, outdoor location, or your home. Sessions are customized to your fitness level and incorporate strength training, functional movement, flexibility work, and injury prevention techniques to help you move with confidence. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, improving athletic performance, or looking to stay active as you age, these sessions are designed to meet you where you are.

  • These virtual sessions provide structured, guided workouts tailored to your goals, whether you’re improving mobility, increasing strength, or maintaining consistency in your training. I will coach you live via Zoom, offering form corrections, movement adjustments, and progress tracking to ensure you get the most out of every session. No equipment? No problem. Workouts can be adapted to bodyweight movements or whatever equipment you have available.
