Be Here Now Method is a holistic approach to strength, mobility, and well-being created by Dave Cash. Through personal training, somatic coaching, and health coaching, this method helps individuals move better, feel stronger, and build lasting habits for lifelong vitality.

Who do you work with?

I work with men, women, and couples of all fitness levels, including adults 50+ who want to improve strength, mobility, and overall health. Whether you’re looking for personal training, injury prevention, or holistic health coaching, each session is tailored to your unique goals.

Where do you offer sessions?

I offer virtual sessions via Zoom and in-person training at a private studio, outdoor locations, or at-home (depending on location).

Senior Strength & Mobility Training

Is strength training safe for older adults?

Yes! Strength training is one of the best ways to maintain mobility, bone density, and independence as you age. All sessions focus on low-impact, joint-friendly movements to keep you strong and injury-free.

I’m not in great shape—can I still start?

Yes! Each session is adapted to your current fitness level and progresses at a safe, sustainable pace. You don’t need prior experience—just a willingness to move and improve.

What is somatic coaching?

Somatic coaching helps you release stored tension, improve body awareness, and regulate your nervous system. It’s ideal for those struggling with chronic pain, stress, or emotional tension.

How does breathwork help with stress and recovery?

Breathwork is a powerful tool for nervous system regulation, helping you manage stress, improve sleep, and enhance overall performance.


Policies & Logistics

What is your cancellation policy?

I require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be charged in full.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are not available for completed sessions. Prepaid session packages must be used within 3 months of purchase.

Do you offer free consultations?

Yes! I offer a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your goals and find the best approach for you.
