We often make health more complicated than it needs to be—jumping from one trend to the next in search of a shortcut. But in my years of studying movement, metabolism, breathwork, and behavioral change, I’ve found that true transformation happens when you master the fundamentals: sleep, movement, and nutrition.

I spent years searching for answers—exploring psychology, spirituality, and even shamanic medicine. While those experiences shaped me, nothing changed my life more than stabilizing my sleep, nourishing my body, and moving in a way that honored my physiology.
