Be Here Now Method, operated by Dave Cash, provides personal training, health coaching, and somatic coaching services designed to support health, fitness, and well-being. These services do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider. Always consult with a physician before beginning any new fitness or wellness program.

2. Eligibility and Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must be 18 years or older or have parental/guardian consent for participation.

  • By engaging in services, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate in the program and will disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect your ability to safely engage in training or coaching.

  • Clients are responsible for following the guidance and recommendations provided and for communicating any discomfort or issues during sessions.

3. Booking and Payments

  • All sessions and services must be booked in advance through the website or directly with Dave Cash.
  • Payment must be made prior to the session unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Prices are subject to change, but any changes will be communicated in advance.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • 24-hour notice is required for all session cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full at Dave Cash’s discretion.
  • If Be Here Now Method must cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered an alternative time or a refund.

5. Refunds & Package Expirations

  • Refunds are not available for completed sessions or coaching services.

  • Prepaid session packages must be used within [X] months of purchase. Unused sessions after this period may be forfeited.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Be Here Now Method is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages that may result from participation in training or coaching.
  • Clients assume full responsibility for their own health, safety, and well-being while engaging in services.
  • Results vary by individual, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • All client information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared without consent, except where required by law.

  • By using this website or engaging in services, you agree to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy (linked here).

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including workout plans, coaching materials, and written guides, are the intellectual property of Be Here Now Method and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without permission.

9. Amendments to These Terms

Be Here Now Method reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
