The Be Here Now Method was born from one simple truth: Health is not found in extremes, quick fixes, or unsustainable routines. It is built through alignment, consistency, and a deep connection to one’s body. For over 16 years, I’ve guided people through a smarter, more holistic approach to fitness and well-being—one that integrates movement, breathwork, and habit transformation to create lasting change. My mission isn’t just to help people get stronger—it’s to help them move better, feel better, and truly thrive at every stage of life. This work is a return to balance, a path to resilience, and an invitation to reclaim the health you were always meant to have.

My Approach: Strength, Resilience & Longevity
Most people think of fitness as just lifting weights or breaking a sweat. But true health is not just about working harder—it’s about working smarter by aligning movement, breath, and mindset. That’s why I created Be Here Now Method, a system designed to help people build strength, restore balance, and develop sustainable habits that support long-term vitality.
I take an integrative approach to health and performance, blending movement science, breathwork, and habit transformation. Training should be more than just pushing through workouts—it should be about moving efficiently, preventing injuries, and developing the kind of strength that carries over into everyday life. I emphasize biomechanics, mobility work, and postural restoration to help people move with power, ease, and longevity.
Just as movement is essential, so is nervous system regulation. Stress, fatigue, and chronic tension affect performance more than we realize. I incorporate breathwork, somatic practices, and stress reduction techniques to help my clients train smarter, recover faster, and feel more in control of their bodies. Learning to regulate the nervous system is key to creating true resilience—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Transformation doesn’t happen without habit reprogramming. It’s not just about short-term results; it’s about rewiring your brain so you have a better approach to your health and well-being. Sustainable nutrition, quality sleep, and mental resilience are the foundation of everything I teach. When these pieces align, movement becomes effortless, recovery improves, and health becomes a natural byproduct of daily life.
My Journey: From Searching to Understanding
Like many, I once searched endlessly for solutions, studying psychology and spirituality and even traveling the world in pursuit of answers. I explored traditional fitness, mindfulness practices, and deeper emotional work. While all of these helped, nothing transformed me more than mastering my sleep, nutrition, and movement.
That’s when I realized that true health isn’t about pushing harder or following rigid rules—it’s about working with your body, not against it. When you train with intention, nourish yourself properly, and prioritize recovery, strength, and vitality become natural outcomes.
My work is deeply informed by science and experience, drawing from multiple disciplines to offer a truly integrative approach to health and fitness. Over the years, I’ve studied movement and biomechanics through the Postural Restoration Institute, Functional Range Conditioning, and Z-Health, among others. These methodologies have shaped my approach to movement efficiency, postural alignment, and injury prevention.
My background in breathwork and nervous system regulation includes extensive training in Qi Gong, Coherent Breathing, and the Wim Hof Method. Breath is the bridge between the body and mind, and learning to regulate it has profound effects on strength, recovery, and stress resilience.
I’ve also done deep work in habit reprogramming and somatic integration, with certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Faster EFT, and The Work of Byron Katie. These tools allow me to help clients break old patterns, release tension stored in the body, and create lasting behavioral change.
In addition to movement and mindset, I’ve studied metabolic and nutritional science, drawing from the work of Ray Peat and Kate Deering, as well as The Health Coach Institute, to help clients develop a healthier relationship with food and optimize their metabolism. Sleep is another crucial pillar of health, and my training in sleep hygiene and recovery, through my training with Susan D’Addario (The Sleep Coach), has allowed me to help clients improve their energy, cognitive function, and overall well-being.
The Be Here Now Method is designed for anyone ready to move better, feel stronger, and create lasting change—no matter where they’re starting from. I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and small groups, helping them develop a personalized, sustainable approach to fitness and well-being.
Many of my clients are high performers, professionals, and those who’ve spent years prioritizing everything except their own health—only to realize it’s time to make a shift. Whether you’re looking to regain strength, improve mobility, or develop a deeper connection to your body, I tailor my coaching to your specific goals, experience level, and needs.
